Every year our summer camps are enjoyed by a large number of children. For 2011 we are planning to have regular summer camps open all children ages 5 and older, as well as our specialty martial arts day camps for children aged 8 and older who are Black Belts or are in our Raptors Competition Team.
Studios Group Martial Arts full-day camps are jam packed with activities for the children. We do martial arts in the morning, and play a variety of sports and games in the afternoons. When the weather cooperates we go to Lake Sundance where we have full access to all the facilities and boats. Master Thibault has over 15 years of boating experience (Canoes, Rowboats, Kayaks & Paddle Boats) and will be in every boat the children will be in. There will be no unsupervised boating of any kind.

Master Thibault instructs all the camps, and has the assistance of at least one, and often more, Senior Black Belt Instructor. Over the course of the week the children will complete 15 of our normal martial arts classes. This level of dedication means that the students in the lower belt levels often have the opportunity to test and advance to their next belt level after only one week of training.

Studios Group Martial Arts Summer Camps - Regular Program
Absolutely no previous experience is necessary to join one of the Studios Group Martial Arts Summer Camps. Our qualified instructors will make sure that all students, regardless of experience, will have a ton of fun while staying active and learning a skill! More experienced students will also be called upon to mentor the newer students as being able to train others is an essential part of studying Taekwondo.

Studios Group Martial Arts Summer Camps - Black Belts
We are creating a summer camp just for Black Belts. This camp will focus on advanced techniques for Black Belts; weapons, self-defense, kicking, striking, blocking, patterns and sparring. The camp is open to all Junior Black Belts and Black Stripe Students 8-14 years of age. This camp will focus only on higher level techniques designed to learn the elite level martial arts.
Dates: July 25th - 29th

Studios Group Martial Arts Summer Camps - Competitive Training
The Sparring Camp is open to all Raptors and students thinking of joining the Raptors in the Fall. This camp we focus on sparring and sparring techniques, higher levels of strategies and superior fitness and coordination. We will include in-depth analysis and formulated action plans so students can develop their sparring abilities to National and International skill levels.
Dates: August 22nd - 26th
